New Home Star T-Shirt Designs

As a personal project at New Home Star LLC, I conceptualized designs for t-shirts to be shipped to and worn by sales agents across the country for exemplary performance in the field, specifically sales achievements and innovation within the company’s marketing initiatives to promote and drive sales. Shirts made for these initiatives needed to be gender-neutral, motivational, and adherent to the company’s brand standards. Throughout my time as an intern at New Home Star, I experienced massive amounts of support and encouragement, and used the company's air of positivity as inspiration for these designs.

I chose to pair New Home Star’s signature bold yellow with bold typography in each of my t-shirt designs to represent the feelings of optimism and words of encouragement that I received at work, in hopes of conveying them to ambitious agents. Both designs were created with close consideration of requests from the marketing team, allowing me to creatively represent the company’s emphasis on encouragement to all employees per their branding and identity goals.
